What to Expect as a Volunteer
While volunteering with AWSN is a rewarding and fulfilling experience, it does require:
- A commitment of time and effort
- Participating in appropriate training, where applicable
- Compliance with required background checks
All AWSN Volunteers are required to hold a current Police Check. On selected AWSN initiatives, you may also be required to supply/have an active Working With Children Card/ Working with Vulnerable People Card.
