Betsy Gregg is a senior operational leader at ACS and a passionate advocate for skills reform supporting diverse individuals and pathways to tech. With experience working at the intersection of government, industry, and the tech profession supporting education, workforce development and migration, Betsy specialises in operationalising complex frameworks, leading systems-level transformation, and shaping learner-centred pathways across every stage of the professional journey—from youth transitions to migration and mid-career reskilling.
Over a decade at ACS has seen Betsy progress from education administration through to senior leadership, where she currently serves as Director, Operations. She has played a key role in national skills assessment and transformation programs, including leading ACS Migration Skills Assessment digital uplift as well as high-impact research like the Skilled Journeys longitudinal survey supporting Department of Home Affairs policy initiatives and skilled migration pilots. Her ability to streamline service delivery and maintain strategic alignment with departments like DEWR, JSA, and state governments underscores her capability in systems-level reform.
Betsy has led transformation across the ACS Learning Team, modernising delivery systems (including Canvas LMS migration and course redesign) and shaping high-trust partnerships with professional associations such as CPA Australia and Engineers Australia. With a foundation in career services and teaching, including international experience in South Korea and the United States, Betsy brings a lifelong commitment to learner-centred pathways and skills development across diverse contexts.
