Dr Tristan Richards has over 30 years of experience, skills and achievements in the domains of science, innovation, technology with a focus digital and cyber workforce capability development, diversity and inclusion. Tristan’s leadership, networks and sense of purpose is demonstrated in her current role with the Tasmanian Department of Premier and Cabinet, Digital Strategy and Services (DSS) where she is developing and implementing a whole of government strategy and action plan aimed at empowering the digital workforce to make informed decisions on workforce planning, capability development, career pathways and talent pipelines. Tristan was a recipient of the TasICT awards in 2024 for her contributions to Women in ICT, on the ACS Professional Standards Committee and former Chapter lead in Tasmania.
