Dwan Jones brings more than 24 years of experience developing and leading comprehensive global strategies to engage multicultural audiences as Director of DEI at ISC2 and now as Director of Inclusive Strategies and Engagement at the Center for Cyber Safety and Education. In this role, she develops and leads the organization’s internal and external strategic initiatives to foster a more diverse and inclusive cyber profession across the globe.
Dwan has extensive experience in strategic communications, multicultural programming, organizational development and has led global teams to produce large-scale initiatives that drive engagement and transformative change to elevate diverse voices.
Previously, she worked for Capital One, CDM Smith, AICPA, and Pilot Media Companies among others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Syracuse University and a master’s in organizational leadership. She is a Certified Diversity Executive®, and holds the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity and a certification in Leading Diverse Teams and Organizations from the University of Michigan.
