Doors open at 8:30am.
You can collect your badge and enjoy refreshments and networking until 9:15am, when sessions begin.

Trains: The venue is conveniently located near Town Hall Station and Wynyard Station, both approximately a 5-minute walk away. These stations are served by multiple train lines, providing easy access from various parts of Sydney.

Buses: Numerous bus routes operate from nearby streets, offering additional public transport options. For specific routes and schedules, please refer to the Transport for NSW website.

From the Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD): The venue is approximately a 20 – 30-minute drive from the airport, depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can take the Airport Link train from the airport to either Town Hall or Wynyard Station.

While the Telstra Customer Insight Centre does not offer on-site parking, several public parking facilities are available nearby. Please note that availability and rates may vary, so it’s advisable to check in advance.

Workshop places cannot be reserved in advance and attendance is on a first come, first served basis. There is plenty of capacity in sessions held in the Telstra Theatre and The Forum, however workshops held in smaller rooms have limited seating. If there's a session you don't want to miss, we recommend arriving early to secure your place.

Yes, a total of 6 CPD hours will be awarded for attendees of the Symposium in Sydney.

An additional 3 CPD hours will be awarded to attendees of the optional workshop on Thursday 6 August.

Yes, closer to the Symposium date some virtual tickets will be released as a separate event. With a virtual Symposium ticket you will have access to any session held in the ‘Theatre’ only.
